When you submit a support request or volunteer form, we collect the contact information and details you choose to provide. When you sign in to the member community, we receive your ChatGPT user ID, email address, and available display name. Community features may also store your profile details, posts, comments, reactions, RSVPs, appointments, direct messages, and consented video-recording information.
Who can see your information
Support requests and volunteer records are kept in a private database for the Coffee N Strollers organizer and authorized support team. Email notifications sent to coffeenstrollers@gmail.com include contact and category or scheduling information—not the full written details of a support request. When a new adult member first enters the private community, the organizer may receive a join alert containing that member’s display name and email address. Signed-in members can see community posts and the profile details you choose to share. Direct messages are visible only to the two participants. Event attendee contact lists and appointment records are visible to the organizer.
How matching works
If you turn on member matching, the app compares the location, children’s age ranges, interests, and support needs you voluntarily add to your profile. Other signed-in members may see those profile fields. Matching does not reveal your email, phone number, private support requests, or appointment notes.
How we use and protect information
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate volunteers and events, schedule appointments, operate the member community, and help members connect. Coffee N Strollers does not sell personal information. Records are hosted using access-controlled website, database, email, and file-storage services. No online service can promise absolute security, so please share only what is necessary.
Retention and deletion
Information remains in the private database until it is no longer needed for community operations, the organizer removes it, or you ask for deletion. You may also hide your profile from matching at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, email coffeenstrollers@gmail.com from the address connected to your record.
Health and emergencies
Coffee N Strollers provides community and general wellness support, not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or emergency services. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Children’s privacy
The app is designed for adult parents, caregivers, and volunteers. Please do not post a child’s sensitive personal information. Children should not create member accounts or submit forms themselves.
